These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the bro17 platform, including the website located at https://bro17.pro, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, betting products, promotions, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by bro17 ("bro17", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you ("Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bro17 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. bro17 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Documentary evidence of age may be requested at any stage.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from territories where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law is not authorised by bro17.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not use the Platform.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any restriction placed on your account by bro17.
• No Prohibited Territory: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is unlawful. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

bro17 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account and withhold any funds pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to believe that eligibility requirements have not been, or are no longer being, met.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform, you must complete the bro17 registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact number. You must ensure that this information is kept up to date at all times. bro17 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the bro17 Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or in combination with other individuals — is strictly prohibited. bro17 employs technical and manual procedures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances — including deposits, bonuses, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at bro17's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bro17 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity performed from your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, and bro17 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access unless you have taken all reasonable steps to protect your credentials and have reported the breach to bro17 without undue delay.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bro17 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to authorising your first withdrawal, and at any other time bro17 deems necessary, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or SIM driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or statement confirming the bank account or e-wallet is registered in your name).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by bro17 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bro17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change. bro17 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.
• bro17 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bro17 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally instantaneous for e-wallets and within two hours for bank transfers.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the method used for the corresponding deposit where applicable.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• bro17 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified accounts; actual processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider schedules, particularly for inter-bank transfers during non-business hours.
• Any active bonus balance must be settled in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request covering those funds will be approved.
• bro17 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request it reasonably considers suspicious, which may temporarily delay processing.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The bro17 Platform must not be used as a mechanism for transferring or laundering funds. All transactions are monitored for signs of money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. bro17 complies with applicable international anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Any account found to be involved in prohibited financial activity will be immediately suspended and relevant funds frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bro17 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or bet types, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and this Agreement, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated explicitly on each promotional offer page. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in an offer, or on games excluded from bonus wagering, will not count toward the wagering requirement. bro17 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where it determines that a Player has exploited bonus terms in bad faith.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in each offer. bro17 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion, or from all promotions, at its sole discretion. Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are available exclusively during the applicable promotional period and cannot be claimed retroactively.

Betting Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

bro17's sportsbook covers a broad range of sports markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and more), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, E-sports, and others. Bets are accepted subject to market availability, stated maximum stake limits, and the prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on eligible markets; where one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, standard accumulator void rules apply as described in the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

Casino games — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and electronic slot titles — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. bro17 sources its casino content from licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Results generated by RNG-based games are independently tested and certified as provably fair. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the correct resolution of a wager, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

6.3 Bet Voidance & Cancellation

bro17 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or as the result of a technical fault. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned. Bets that have already been settled and paid out in accordance with the Platform's rules will not be reversed except in cases of clear system error or confirmed fraud.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bro17 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports being made to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or otherwise manipulate the Platform.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any other form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing discrepancies that are manifestly not intended by bro17.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bro17.
• Conducting transactions using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bro17 staff or other users of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that bro17 reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bro17 Platform — including but not limited to the bro17 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game artwork, software, text, data compilations, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of bro17 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without bro17's express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bro17's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bro17, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether bro17 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bro17 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. bro17 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.

bro17's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

bro17 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of it. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the bro17 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used to administer your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, deliver customer support, and — where you have provided consent — send you marketing communications about promotions and new products. bro17 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

bro17 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention agencies to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bro17 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please advise the support team so that appropriate safeguards can be applied.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bro17

bro17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited conduct.
• The continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to bro17.
• You are no longer eligible to use the Platform under Section 2.
• bro17 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Where an Account is suspended or closed by bro17 for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bro17 holds its operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through direct negotiation.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game round, or any transaction on the Platform, the Player should first contact bro17 customer support with full details of the disputed event. bro17 will investigate and provide a written response within five business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, the Player may escalate the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority under bro17's licence.

For Indonesian players, these Terms & Conditions are presented in English; in the event of any ambiguity or conflict in interpretation, the English-language version shall be authoritative.

Amendments to These Terms

bro17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bro17 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, sending an email to the address registered to your Account, or both. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11. bro17 recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
